Villa Esme I consists of 3 levels and has 5 bedrooms (one of which is smaller with a bunk bed), 3 bathrooms, living room, dining table, open plan kitchen, 2 big verandas, one on the upper floor and one with a large pergola and a 10-seat dining table at the ground floor. The large pool with underwater seats is shared with villa Esme II.
There is daily cleaning provided and bed linen and towels are changed every four days in an effort to preserve the island’s limited water resources.
There are 8-10 sun loungers at the pool area. There is also a second, private pergola in the vast area around the pool which is covered by marbles in earth tones. BBQ upon request.
Right outside the villa there is secure, open air parking.
The villa is constructed according to the traditional myconian architecture with perfect planning, within a wonderfully designed and lush garden, prominent features of which are the white plaster, the natural rocks, the local stone, the built-in couches and the characteristic Cycladic arches.
