Villa Iria is constructed according to the traditional myconian architecture with perfect planning, within a wonderfully designed and lush garden, prominent features of which are the white plaster, the natural rocks, the local stone, the built-in couches and the characteristic Cycladic arches.

The villa consists of 3 levels and has 7 bedrooms with air conditioning, 6 bathrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen and a dining room.

It has a large private pool and underwater seats. Next to the pool there is a built-in bbq. There is also a second, private pergola in the vast area around the pool which is covered by marbles in earth tones.

The breakfast can be delivered each morning on request. Possibility of transfer to the airport. The daily cleaning is included, as well as the change of linen and bath towels every three days for environmental reason. The residence has a 24h safety surveillance.

Guests also have the possibility to book in advance a yoga teacher as well as a private chef that will make them discover all the flavors of the island and much more.
