1.      Main House

It has five (5) bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and maid’s room with its own bathroom, too.  One of the bedrooms is with a single bed, which additionally features an armchair – bed in case of hospitality.

The house has 3 levels. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom, surface about 65 m2, which has a veranda, living room, WC, built-in bathtub and dressing room.

On the same floor there is the kids’ – teenage bedroom.

On the ground floor there is the main lounge and dining room, kitchen, a WC for the visitors and room service.

The five bedrooms and the living room of the house have air conditioning and all rooms have ceiling fans.

In the last level there are three (3) guest rooms which have direct pool access.

2.      Second Building

This building is independent of the first, also extends to three (3) levels, with four (4) bedrooms – each with its own bathroom – living room, kitchen and independent terrace with direct pool access.

The 4 bedrooms all have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
