On a spectacular 700m2 land surface with a 30 meters distance to the beach, Villa Sunbeam I is the ideal estate for a magnificent Mykonos experience. Villa Sunbeam I is infused with wonderful amenities and features; a private swimming pool with lounge sofas, outside dining area, a separate guest house & private parking space for our guests.

The villa consists of two buildings, the main building, and a guest house.

Interior spaces are appointed with style to create an elegant atmosphere in every corner. 

The main building displays the splendid sea view from all angles. The pure nuances of white and light beige mixed with the wooden interior evoke a contemporary yet elegant impression of the property.

There are three bedrooms, a bedroom with two single-size beds, a bedroom with a Queen size bed, and a bedroom with one Queen size bed with an additional mezzanine with a Queen size bed. The main building of the villa also includes a living room, a dining room area, and a separate spacious fully equipped kitchen. There are two bright and modern bathrooms in the main building which provide luxurious Molton Brown amenities.

Guest house: Pure Cycladic style, more privacy

The separate guest house is located approximately 15 meters away from the main building and provides all necessities needed. It has a magnificent spacious Queen size bed, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and a separate bathroom. It can accommodate 2 guests.

Outdoor areas that offer a unique view of the turquoise waters of Aegean Sea

For a relaxing and refreshing experience, the private swimming pool of the property that overlooks the mesmerizing shimmer of the sea is the ideal choice. Additional sun beds, lounge sofas, and an outside shower are provided next to the swimming pool which further enhances the illuminating atmosphere of island life. Behind the pool area is the outside dining area with exterior furniture where you can peacefully enjoy dinners while watching the sunset. Outside is also a green fully planted garden which adds to the cozy ambiance feeling.

Wi-Fi is fully covered, and autonomous air-conditioning units are provided in all areas of the property.
A parking space is also available in the property.
