The area also offers one separate bathroom. A 6-seat exterior dining table is also located on the balcony area which is perfect for long dinners as the luminous sun begins to set.

All floors in Villa Sunbeam II include grand Smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi is fully covered as well as autonomous air conditioning units are provided in all floor villas’ areas. Wall fans are also available in all bedrooms.
